Running Clubs

The CrimFit Summer Running Clubs serve as a means of encouraging children to train for one of the Crim Festival of Races events. These running clubs also help young people get in shape and form healthy habits by:
  • Providing a positive focus for building self-esteem and promoting a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise.
  • Offering an opportunity to train for a Crim event of choice. A variety of creative methods are used to help children achieve their goals.

Training sessions involve warm-ups, stretching, running/walking, games and relays. Healthy snacks and water are served at each session. Participants receive a special CrimFit Running Club t-shirt.
