The CrimFit Summer Running Clubs serve as a means of encouraging children to train
for one of the Crim Festival of Races events. These running clubs also help young
people get in shape and form healthy habits by:
Training sessions involve warm-ups, stretching, running/walking, games and relays. Healthy snacks and water are served at each session. Participants receive a special CrimFit Running Club t-shirt.
