Programs

CrimFit Mileage Club/Feelin’ Good Mileage Club™ This is an exciting in-school fitness program designed to motivate children to become more aerobically fit. It encourages children in grades K-6 to run and/or walk during recess, physical education class or during classroom fitness breaks.

Enthusiastic staff and volunteers coordinated and keep track of the miles completed. Some of the highlights include:

  • Incentives as kids increase the number of miles completed
  • Great way for kids to become physically fit
  • Introduction to the Crim Festival of Races and the sport of running/walking

This program is adaptable to a variety of abilities and settings. For information about how to get involved, please contact Erin Lamb, Youth Program Coordinator at (810) 235-3396.

CrimFit Physical Activity Program
This program teaches students how fun and easy it is to be physically active, regardless of their interests.  Students earn points for every physical activity they participate in during the day.  From walking before school to playing basketball to marching in a band, all activities count toward being healthy and fit.  For more information or to get involved in this program, please contact the Crim Fitness Foundation.
