Log your miles for the day of May 16, 2008.
 

Use this form to log your Smart Commute miles.  First select your company/worksite from the list below, then select your Smart Commuting option and enter miles travelled.  Be sure to enter your total Smart Commute mileage for the day, including commute to/from work, travel to lunch, errands, meetings, etc.  When you have completed the form, press "Submit".*
