Crim 2010 Coming

Training Program

Over 1200 people this year have decided to work together toward their goals of being healthier, stronger and more fit! The CrimFit Adult Training Program is full; we are excited about the 2010 training program and look forward to hearing everyone's inspiring stories and seeing you all out there every Tuesday night until the big day on August 28th! We hope you'll consider adding the Brooksie Way Training Program extension to your Crim experience. This program begins the weekend after the Crim Festival of Races. Even if you are not currently a member of the Crim Training Program but decide to participate in one of the Crim 10-mile events, you are able to join the Brooksie Way Half Marathon Training Program.
