Welcome to the Crim Fitness Foundation, home of the CrimKids Youth Programs, Crim Training Program and the world famous Crim Festival of Races, presented by HealthPlus of Michigan.

When House Speaker Bobby Crim and his assistant Lois Craig launched the first Bobby Crim Road Race in 1977, they had no idea they were embarking on a journey that would change the City of Flint forever. The organization has since evolved into a 501(c)3 non- profit organization impacting the lives of thousands each year.

With childhood obesity on the rise, and diabetes and cardiovascular disorders climbing to record numbers, people of all ages are dying from the number one cause of this obesity epidemic…lack of physical activity! The Crim Fitness Foundation is committed to assuming a leadership role in serving the national agenda for improving the health status of all our nation’s communities, starting here at home.
